Based on the discovery call, we send a concise proposal with scope and approach tailored to your situation. You review and greenlight the plan so we can move forward.

Step Three:

Onboarding

You’ll receive a brief intake packet and agreements via secure e-sign. We set your primary point of contact, assign your case manager, and—if appropriate—introduce a coach or companion so you know exactly who to reach and how.
