Our Approach
Our team of seasoned professionals provide strategic guidance, therapeutic structure and proprietary technology to promote sustained transformation and long-term wellness.
We provide comprehensive support for individuals and families navigating complex mental and behavioral health challenges.
Our work is supported by proprietary technology built specifically for complex cases and family systems. It unifies communication, appointment management, and behavioral tracking into a seamless platform—delivering real-time analytics that reshape how clients and families experience care.
For Families unfairly asked to coordinate complex care on their own—Tribeca Consultants offers a solution. We're here to protect relationships, restore agency, and move the work forward in an organized, humane, and compassionate way.
For Providers, our purpose is to create the conditions where your clinical work can go deeper. We keep the week coherent, support adherence between visits, and surface the right signals at the right time—so sessions stay focused, care sequences appropriately, and momentum is easier to sustain.
For Advisors, we offer a handoff you can trust when a situation sits outside your scope. We handle the day-to-day with discretion, keep you appropriately informed, and carry the case forward with the quiet competence your clients expect.
Conditions We Support
We ensure clients receive proper psychiatric oversight and therapeutic support, minimizing chaos while stabilizing the home and treatment environment.
01
Primary Mental Health
Frequently at the root of many of the other conditions we see, we provide coordination and containment for mental health conditions such as: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, and PTSD.
02
Behavioral and Process Addictions
We support clients dealing with sex, gambling, food, shopping, and internet addiction. Often kept hidden, these patterns require compassion, and lasting accountability frameworks.
03
Substance Use Disorders
Whether it’s alcohol, opioids, stimulants, or prescription medication, we guide families through detox, treatment, and long-term recovery planning. We offer strategic interventions and post-treatment continuity to reduce relapse risk and rebuild trust.
04
Personality Disorders & Relational Volatility
We bring clarity to family systems impacted by personality disorders, narcissistic traits, and chronic emotional instability. We guide boundary-setting, communication frameworks, and high-level case strategy that results in lasting change.
How it works
We complete the critical front-end work: holistic assessment of the client and family system; right-sized care recommendations across therapy, psychiatry, medical workups, coaching, community supports, stabilization, or treatment placement; and a clear 30/60/90 plan with transparent costs and logistics mapped by clinical fit, intensity, and budget. Once foundations are set, we serve as your discreet care lead and single point of accountability—coordinating providers end to end, establishing structure, and reporting so progress stays on track.

Once foundations are set, we serve as your discreet care lead and single point of accountability—coordinating providers end to end, establishing structure, and ensuring progress stays on track. Our digital platform enables seamless coordination across all settings, from treatment facilities to home and daily life.
STEP 01
Intake and Assessment
We review medical and behavioral records, gather input from the client, family, and current or past clinicians, and use structured screening to clarify needs, risks, and strengths across history, safety, daily functioning, substance use, mental and physical health, environment, and preferences. The output is a concise 360-degree profile with prioritized problems, immediate safety actions, and clear clinical goals.
STEP 02
Care Recomendations
We translate the assessment into a right-sized care pathway, presenting options with clinical fit, benefits and limitations, timing, and likely outcomes. We map expected costs with cash and insurance views, verify benefits when applicable, and outline logistics for admission or start dates. You receive a concise comparison highlighting tradeoffs, a recommended course aligned to your goal and a clear approval checklist with dates so you can move forward confidently.
STEP 03
Implementation: Family & Client Coaching
Family dynamics coaching, client coaching, and true engagement begin. We translate the recommended path into a living 30/60/90 day plan: weekly family sessions to set boundaries and communication norms; client coaching to build routines, skills, and accountability; and a scorecard that shows what was done, what's next, and what needs support. We establish a steady update cadence, clear escalation thresholds with a concise response plan, and, when needed, add companioning or continuous coverage to stabilize daily life while momentum builds.
STEP 04
Orchestrated Execution
Leveraging an advanced digital infrastructure we bring everyone onto the same page—client, family, clinicians, programs, and relevant partners—so the work moves in one direction. We set shared goals, clarify roles, and establish a reliable cadence for updates and case huddles. Scheduling, admissions, handoffs, and travel are orchestrated to reduce friction and duplication. Communication stays discreet and organized, and progress is tracked against the plan so wins and course corrections are obvious.
Collaboration with Families
We serve families who value discretion and expect excellence— families who need a partner that understands complexity at scale.

What you can expect working with Tribeca Consultants is a shift in pace and tone: one calm point of leadership, clearer boundaries, shorter conversations, and faster decisions— all supported by a single platform where progress, updates, and accountability are tracked in real time. Confidence returns because communication is consistent, and everyone knows what happens next.
Collaboration with Providers
We help your clients progress while making your work easier. No more chasing updates, managing family dynamics, or coordinating between multiple providers. We handle the operational details so you can focus on what you do best: providing excellent clinical care.
Collaboration with Advisors
Advisors steward risk, reputation, and capital for families. We partner with attorneys, family offices, trustees, and business managers when behavioral health or high-stakes transitions add complexity. You get one accountable point of contact; the family gets coordinated execution.

FAQs
What is your proprietary software platform?
Tribeca Consultants operates on a private, custom-built behavioral health operating system designed specifically for complex, high-touch cases. The platform brings every element of care into one cohesive environment. It tracks daily behaviors and key patterns, adapts routines as circumstances evolve, and organizes planning with clarity and precision. Families, clients, and providers communicate through secure channels that keep everyone aligned without unnecessary noise.

A unified dashboard integrates all care inputs, allowing our team to see progress, identify trends, and make informed adjustments in real time. Automated prompts and safeguards support continuity so no detail is missed. While the work itself is relationship-driven and deeply personal, the technology works quietly in the background—removing fragmentation and creating a consistent, coordinated foundation for long-term change.
Is this therapy?
No. Tribeca Consultants is not a therapy or medical practice. We provide non-clinical concierge case management, coaching, interventions, and family support. Licensed clinicians handle all therapeutic and medical care, and we ensure the structure around that care remains clear, coordinated, and effective.
Do you take insurance?
No. Insurance does not cover concierge case management, intensive coordination, or the highly personalized, immersive nature of our work. Operating outside the insurance system allows us to respond quickly, remain fully flexible, and design support that is entirely tailored to each family’s needs. Families typically use private funds, trust structures, or family offices.
How long do clients typically work with you?
How long do clients typically work with you?
Most clients work intensively with us for the first sixty to ninety days. After that, they move into a period of stabilization, structure, and growth. Many families continue for nine to twelve months, and some choose longer-term support to maintain continuity and accountability.

What does it cost?
Pricing is determined after a consultation and reflects the urgency, complexity, staffing, and coordination required for each engagement. We do not publish rates; every plan is customized to the client’s circumstances.

Do you provide interventions?
Yes. We facilitate structured, comprehensive interventions that include preparation, family guidance, on-site facilitation, transport to treatment, and ongoing support after admission. The process is individualized, strategic, and grounded in long-term planning.
What is concierge case management?
Concierge case management provides structure, accountability, and seamless coordination across every aspect of a client’s life. We organize providers, routines, logistics, communication, and planning so that everything moves in sync and nothing is left unmanaged. Our role is to create order, momentum, and consistency.
What is the difference between case management and coaching?
Case management focuses on oversight, structure, and coordination. Coaching focuses on identity, habits, emotional regulation, performance, and recovery-oriented work. Most clients receive a blend of both, integrated into one cohesive framework.
Do you work with families as well as the individual?
Yes. Families receive ongoing guidance, boundary coaching, and strategic support. Our goal is to help the family system move in alignment so progress is sustainable, not temporary.
Do you coordinate with clinical providers?
Yes. We collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, treatment centers, medical teams, and specialists to ensure all care is unified. Our role is to create clarity and consistency across the entire network so the client is supported from every angle.
How quickly can services begin?
We can begin the same day for urgent situations. Planned transitions typically start within twenty-four to seventy-two hours.
Where do you work?
Tribeca Consultants is based in New York City and supports clients throughout the United States and internationally. We provide in-person support wherever needed and maintain continuity regardless of location.
